Bio: Gede is the visionary behind AI Automation Bali. Born in Denpasar, he witnessed firsthand the operational struggles of his family’s hospitality business. After a successful career in tech, leading product teams at one of Southeast Asia’s largest travel unicorns, he returned to Bali with a mission. Gede combines his technical expertise with an innate understanding of the local business culture. He specializes in designing high-level automation strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that every workflow we build delivers a measurable return on investment. He is passionate about using technology to empower local SMBs to compete on a global stage.
Siti Nurhaliza
Role: Head of Automation & Implementation
Credentials: Certified n8n Expert (Level 2), Zapier Certified Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Bio: Siti is our lead technical architect, the mastermind who turns complex business processes into elegant, efficient workflows. With a background in software engineering and cloud infrastructure, she is an expert in connecting disparate systems, from legacy property management systems to modern APIs like OpenAI and Claude. Siti leads our implementation team, overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of all client automations. She has a particular talent for solving complex data transformation challenges, ensuring information flows seamlessly between platforms like Google Sheets, Airtable, and various booking engines used by our hospitality clients in Seminyak and Uluwatu.
Michael Tan
Role: Client Success & Hospitality Operations Lead
Credentials: B.A. Hospitality Management (STP Bali), 10+ years experience in Villa & Resort Management (ex-Alila Villas Uluwatu, W Seminyak)
Bio: Michael is the bridge between our technology and our clients’ realities. Having managed luxury properties for over a decade, he speaks the language of hospitality. He understands the daily pressures of guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial reporting. Michael works closely with our clients to conduct initial process audits, identify key automation opportunities, and manage the change management process. He ensures that the solutions we implement are not just technically sound but also practical, user-friendly, and readily adopted by on-the-ground teams. His insights are crucial for tailoring our AI automation solutions to the specific needs of each property.
Dr. Ayu Lestari
Role: AI & Data Science Advisor
